It was like Christmas morning (minus the snow, thank goodness) when I ripped open my package from Scarlet Lime (& I was on the naughty list!)

although i live in paradise (hawaii), i love the flowers blooming and the start of mango season. i want the cool spring weather because we've been freezing since November w/ these breezy winds and lots of rainy days. i want sun and cool (not cold) weather.

My favorite thing about spring is the smell in the air when it is lightly raining...I love how every day the grass gets a tiny bit greener...love that we can finally get outside after a snowy Michigan winter.

Despite the fact that my birthday is in Spring, for me it's Mother Nature that brings gifts. I love thunderstorms. After a long cold winter, I adore the smell of the wet soil and the crack of thunder. Even when the power goes out on a rare fierce one...it's exciting to get all those candles out and talk to my family without distractions.

ReplyDeleteMy most favorite part of Spring is watching my boys on their bikes again. It's the best. After 6 months in the garage, their bikes become their best friends once again. Love it.

ReplyDeletehaving a problem listing just one, so here goes: colors, flowers, spring break, the wind, birdies, EASTER, am I missing anything? oh, the blue sky, the green grass, the nice rain...yep that's about it.
ReplyDeleteMy most favorite part of Spring would be all the cute shoes I can wear outside again! (Of course, I also love the warmer weather, the flowers, the smell or spring, rain...) Spring is awesome!

My favorite thing about spring is the green. I still haven't seen much of it up here in Alaska...I spring has got to be on the way!

ReplyDeleteSpring....I love all the new growth. Flowers of course and getting ready to plant annuals and a garden. I also really enjoy spring cleaning...I know weird but I love ma an organized house!

My favorite part about spring is hearing the bird twittering as I leave for work in the morning, the sun starting to come up. Its just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteTHE SUN!! It has been a cold dreary spring so far (I am in OR) and I just want to feel and see the sun. I also love hearing all the birds, and seeing the trees bloom. PICK ME!! this could be a suitable replacement for the sun, such beautiful and bright colors!

ReplyDeleteAhhh Spring. It is the most beautiful time of year! With flowers budding up from the ground, trees blossoming, birds chirping, green grass growing. I love the colors that just bloom. It's like new life has begun. I love the brisk chilly mornings, and the fact that the sun stays up longer in the evenings for my daughter to play outside in the grass. I love that I can walk barefoot again, and wear adorable flip flops and sandals. Spring means pretty dresses and summer is almost here! I love dew drops on tulips and the smell of clean cut grass. Spring is beautiful. Welcome, Spring! :)

Oh goodness I love the Spring I always feel like I'm coming alive in the Spring. I love the flowers coming into bloom and in the Spring Epcot has the Flower and Garden Festival and I love to wander around the theme park enjoying all the colors.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about Spring is pulling out or buying new colorful clothes for my daughters and myself as well as the flowers blooming. Our rose bushes started blooming this past week and my 5 year old daughter says, "They smell so good, Mommy!".
