I took some pictures and am working on what I'm going to say about them in my blog. We had SNOW DAY #6!!!! Thankfully the littlest monkey went to pre-K and the biggest monkey went to a friend's so I got Whitney and her girlfriend. They helped me cook and made a cute little palette on the living room floor and said they were in their "college dorm studying to be a baby doctor (whitney) and dentist (sydney)! I love that they answer with such dreams and the boys always say NFL football player, ninja or professional anything related to sports.
So excited to see what you are making crafty mama!
I'm working at the office :( Looking forward to getting home and working on some class kits for a class I'm teaching on Saturday morning and packing my crop bag for a girls night of cropping at my LSS tomorrow evening :)
5 of 6 members of my family are getting over colds (me included) but today was "back to business" day. Just finished lunch with my little guy who needs extra help. off to make ribbons for volleyball tournament this weekend, then rush to play TAXI MOM! School pick up, basketball, drama club, dinner...AAHH.. another day! :)
Q Bear grows more beautiful each day. I love piggie toes ;) Went to Target after I picked up my grandson and bought a Little Tikes swing. We both played with a few "sing a ma jigs" but I was good and didn't buy one. He likes the yellow best. I think it's because it sounds like Alvin and the chipmunks. Took tons of pictures of him, played, hugged, kissed, sang and danced, clapped along to Blue's Clues and Sesame Street. Looking on the internet now for a local store that sells "snapea crisps" for him to try. My other grandson loved them and I think he will too. No, we don't have Trader Joe's here. Gonna make chicken piccata for dinner, green beans and salad. Gonna watch American Idol... they're in New Orleans on tonights show. Hope they bring it and had some really talented people audition. Gotta go talk some baby bidnis "dabba de,badda be,dabba do" He sounds a lot like a hip Fred Flintstone.
hee, yer lil girl is the cutest :) i worked today and now i'm blog hopping around to see what's new :) i'm hoping my creative juices come forth so that i can do some scrapping!
I LOVE those tiles! and your daughter is such a peach, as are your others. I am expecting baby no 3 (my 2nd girl) and i am taking inspiration from your little ones flower head bands and hats. I also had your book for christmas - how inspirational! You have teh most beautifl family ! Are you real!! LOL! PS is the third birth quicker? I am hoping less pain and out in a sneeze!
Hi there Liz! I have been following your blog for quite a while but this is the first comment I leave (yeah..slack hey?) Just wanted to tell you that without ever having met you, you just seem like a really lovely person and one that I look forward to reading blog posts from. So keep it up and please continue to be a bright spark! Your daughters are soooooooo beautiful and having 2 little girls of my own, its really nice to hear that households around the world deal with similar stuff. Also congrats on the new baby. You are so very very lucky and I hope you and your family continue to be so the rest of your lives. take good care, Nadia.-Sydney Australia.
I wish I had some of your inspiration/motivation! It is rainy outside and we are having a lazy Friday morning (which I have to admit, I am enjoying!) Have a great weekend. Can't wait to see what creative project you are making! Have a good weekend!
Work today and work tonight :( But tomorrow is a full day with the love of my life, my daughter! Just hope it's not too cold to go snow tubing together. By the way....LOVE your backsplash!
I braved taking all 4 of the kiddos by myself (including 7 month old baby boy) to the local indoor water park for $1 admission day. We have been REALLy needing to burn off some excess energy! Cupcakes sound great. Our 2nd daughter is a budding culinary artist and has asked everyday to use the Christmas present we got her. It is the Babycakes Mini Cupcake Maker, which she refers to as her "babymaker!" Boy, you should see the looks on people's faces when they ask her what she got for Christmas! Enjoy your busy days!
I'm rather embarrassed asking you this, but I've looked everywhere for the answer and can't find it. I follow your blog and absolutely LOVE it! And I noticed that up at the top where you have different pages, I can click "spark event" or "my book" and it will take me to a completely different website that isn't part of your blog. How did you do that?? I can add pages, but not other web sites to my blog. I'm sure the answer is simple, I just can't find it. If you could help me, that would be GREAT! If you don't have time, it's completely understandable :) My e-mail addy is sarahann_ctr@hotmail.com
Hey, I have a random question...Do you print your pictures at home? and if so, what printer do you use? I hate my printer and really want to print pics when I want to scrap...
Okay, I am dying over those toes! But that TILE is making me drool. I seriously NEED to know what kind of tile that is and where you bought it. Not kidding! Please share! sumsmom528@yahoo.com
