more snapshots

Sorry if you are sick of pictures of our vacation from the last post but I had to post more because daddy likes to look at it when he has spare time at work, and so you could see: avery's little devil pig tails, when she was laughing so hard at my belly button she looks like she's screaming, when we stumbled across a passed out man, how sweet of a bond collin and avery have, daddy's sugar lip kisses, avery's sweet rock star hair, her chubby-i'm taking a nap-leggies, yawning after her tiring performance (see previous post), how tiny avery looks standing next to her daddy, and the beautiful sunset.

Hi, Liz,

I finally had a moment to check out your blog. So fun and creative! I'm glad you are in our extended family! Daniel and I had so much fun Sunday night at your place in your happy home. Thanks for having all of us!

Love to you three,

okay first off who took your pictures. If you say you did you are so talented. You need to start a business. I would come to you. They are really some of the best candid pictures i have seen.

Shanna you are too sweet! I did lug a tripod all the way to Mexico so we could take a picture of all 3 of us. I wish I was good enough to start a photography business. That would be awesome!

Elizabeth. . . I'm sitting in my office, swamped with piles of paper to file and stuff to do and people who are waiting for me to return calls to and all around me, and for the last ten minutes I have been oblivious to it all--in another world-- immersed in the beauty of your amazing ability to capture the emotions we feel at those peak experiences.

You know what? You capture why we all fall in love and get married; what the meaning of family is, what parenting requires and gives back to us; and the joy of those times when we're experiencing living those dreams.

Thanks for the vicarious vacation!

Your artistry and dedication bring a lump in my throat every time. . . it's aching to leak out and materialize into liquid sentimentality and run down my cheeks!
