I left my heart and a shoe in Texas!

My first visit to Texas was such a fun trip! Everyone there was so friendly and happy-and who wouldn't be happy at a convention all about scrapbooking!! Every morning when I woke up I was so tired and I wished I loved Starbucks, like my friend Noel, just to wake me up a little. But all it took was the excitement of walking towards the doors of the convention center filled with crazed crafters like me! And let me tell you it was quite the trek. But like I heard, everything's bigger in Texas!

Good Morning Houston!!

The CKU booth and scrapping a make and take with my friends from ScrappyArts.net :)

My new friend Catherine and her friends, watch out for their awesome rap on my video.

Hanging out with Taylor after one of my classes and the first sighting of my belly bump:) I am slouching over so it's still a little hidden.

The best part was meeting so many awesome people. Like Kara!! Ana from Technique Tuesday, Ruth, and all of the CKC staff, getting to know Emily Magleby, the fabulous Stacy Croninger, and my roomie Lain Ehmann.

The CK staff puts so much into these conventions and it definitely was appreciated by all who was there!

PS Thanks to Collin for being so supportive and playing Mr. Mom while I was gone! And thanks for all your sweet congrats about our exciting news on my last post. It was SO fun reading them.

Sounds like you had a blast! Sorry I missed you in Houston. Lex was a sick little boy, so we had to stay home. You're adorable, btw! Pregnant or not.. :-)

Love the little baby bump. Soooo much smaller than mine at that point, but then again I am on my fourth!

I wish we had stuff like that around here. I know I'm only in St. George... but it seems like CK does a lot of out of state stuff now, and doesn't leave a lot for us locals! Maybe someday....

I never would have guessed that was a baby bump, had you not said anything. You are so stinkin cute!
