extreme makeover

I wanted to share the finished project of painting Avery's room. (It's really bad lighting in there right now but you get the idea.) Collin used his mad skills to frame the window which made it look twice as big & I love how the colors turned out. I need to finish the crib bumper to match the quilt and revamp the decor. But everything is coming together as we get ready for our little one.

"The daze"

The look when watching The Little Mermaid (minus all the parts I have to fast forward.) The same daze that Collin gets when playing "Call of Duty" on X Box.

Hello? Is anyone home?

Liz the room is darling! I also love the "daze." I can completly relate with the the Call of Duty daze. There is no way of getting through to Matt while playing this game.

haha! That dazed look reminds me of Madi when watching Veggie Tales and Dan when he is watching the Lakers. Pretty much talking to myself when those two have that look! LOL

What an adorable room! One of the perks of knowing what your having. Just wait until your new little one arrives...my husband rocks out to Guitar Hero while our little girl Lydia is in the baby bjorn strapped to his chest. Amazingly she LOVES it!

Oh it turned out so cute. How many coats of red paint did it take? DH hates to paint with red. Love the window.

Wait! Is it really only 14 days to go! It's amazing how fast OTHER peoples pregnancies go! Mine took FOREVER!!! It seems like yesterday that you were announcing that you were pregnant!

Window Framing! Can your husband give my husband instructions??? I LOVE framed windows. DH, not so much. And he's horrible with wood. I really want the windows in my living room and bedroom framed and haven't a clue how to go about that.

The colors you used are super cute!

Flip...can you come to my house and get inspiration for me? It would be a fun trip to San Fran?

How are you 38 weeks all of a sudden? (Don't you wish it felt this way to you?)

Hi Liz, I was blog surfing and came upon your blog through my sis and bro-in law, Mike and Erin M. Love your blog and I love your pages in Creating Keepsake Mag! I'm shopping for a new camera and think your photos are quality. What kind of camera do you have?

Oh, Elizabeth, it's gorgeous! And the tulip lamp?? Wow. Thank you so much for sharing the ideas!

Lex gets the same look on his face when he's watching Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, or Lilo & Stitch.

I hope these last days are restful for you.

We must be blogging at the same time :) How cool! Well we painted the room already- I think it was rose linen pink. I love how it turned out. I am stuck making the bedding now. It is taking me so long to finish but hopefully it turns out cute. Hope you are doing fabulous as well!!! Take care!

I haven't visited your blog in a while, but stopped in to see if Avery had a baby sister yet.
The room is terrific. I'm a big fan of paint...I love picking the colors, painting, the smell and the satisfaction of changing the whole look of a room. My husband thinks I'm nuts. Anyway, wishing you a very fast and painless delivery. Can't wait to see some new baby girl layouts!

P.S. - I know that daze all too well, especially during Spongebob.
