our lil' kissing monster

Right now my days are mostly spent keeping this cutie patootie preoccupied with anything other than baby Quincey. She wants to give her kisses all day! My favorite thing is that she has to say "bye baby, bye baby bye!" whenever she leaves the room to go get her latest obsession-a handful of raisins or her Mickey Mouse doll. I wonder what our little lady-Q thinks whenever she sees her coming?! :)
The pool was just the trick to getting out all her wiggles.
Let's see how long this picture stays on the blog before he makes me delete it! haha!

*Shades of Summer update*
The first box went out today-thanks to Collin! I ordered nine more sunglasses online that I hope will arrive on my doorstep soon. Then we will get the rest of you girlies involved in the fun. So heads up if you live in the South-this package is headed your way!

Aww, sounds like Avery is doing well with Quincey. LOVE the 'bye baby bye baby bye' my Emma did something similar to that when Jake was born. Now, a year later it's 'Mom! Tell Jake to stop pulling my hair!!' haha.

Ok lady, how can the rest of us get in on shades of summer? I totally want to join!! Let me know if your going to open it up again! :)

LOL!! It sounds like Avery has taken very well to being a big sister.

Excited about your shades of summer project. Where did you get these shades anyway. I'd love to buy a pair for myself. Yellow is my absolute favorite!! Talk to you soon.

That is wonderful that Avery loves her baby sister! She is going to be a great helper to you...when she is not smothering her with kisses *smile* I love that!

And pooltime! It is so hot here in Cali..I think Madi and I will take a dip! Have a great one!

Had to laugh about all those toddler kisses! My oldest was like that with my youngest...it was a full time job keeping the baby safe! LOL
Blessings to you and your girls,
Holly T.

Hope you are feeling well. It sounds like things are going great. It's so fun for the "big" sister to help with the new baby, but a little tiring too. I loved it but can remember I had to constantly keep a close eye on the older siblings.
Can I please be added to your summer shades list? That sounds like such fun.
Please let me know. :)
Thanks. Sharon

Hey Liz great shots I don't think it would last long on my blog either if dh saw it. Just wondering I entered the shades of summer but didn't confirm you were going to send to OZ??!! Girls are just gorgeous & yours are NO EXCEPTION. My oldest was the same with our little Liv, mega kisses & cuddles & always wanting to hold her.....I had 3 under 4.....it is so amazing!!! You are truly blessed. Mxx

Yay for adorable baby girls! It's great that Avery is so good with Quincey...oftentimes, the older siblings have a tough time dealing with the new addition(s). I did have a quick question for you, though. Do you use a special lens or setting on your camera to achieve the look in your pictures? I really like the contrast and was just wondering how you did that. Thanks a bunch!

xxx

PS. I wish I had signed up for your sunglasses project earlier...looks like a blast!

Great to read that avery loves her baby sister. It's so sweet. (there will be moments that sisters don't like each other but that's period of time). Quincey is so lovely.

THe sunglasses are awesome.

Avery is so cute! It's bringing back memories of how my daughter was with my son when he was born...then one day she asked when we can give him back (a little jelousy phase).

I wanted to leave a comment that I walked into this store...www.anthropologie.com and immediately thought of you as it's your style of scrapbooking for the home. You should check it out online if there isn't one near your home. You can purchase clothing and home accents that are adorable here.
