bits & pieces

She went. She hunted. She conquered.

After I shared my tricks for exceptional egg-hunting on Saturday, by today she was a pro (and a very cute professional egg hunter I must add;)

Some photos from an eventful weekend that although started out quite chilly it ended with sunshine and lots of smiles.

Next stop... Easter Bunny? Nope. We played at the Farm Country of Thanksgiving Point and Avery was in heaven. That face expression says it all.

It was a blast to spend time with family & remember the One who gave His all for us.

I hope you had a Happy Easter!

Aren't Easter Egg Hunts the best? I took my 2 1/2 year old daughter to FOUR hunts this year! :) She had so much fun collecting all of the eggs (she too, has conquered.)

It rained here in Oklahoma on Sunday, so luckily all the hunts were on Saturday. We just had a rainy day inside eating fabulous food with family and friends.

I'm glad your family had a terrific Easter. God bless.

Love

SO cute! I just love reading your blog, your pictures are amazing!

This is probably a silly question... how did you layout your pictures like that directly above? I always have problems with this!

Thanks Heather,
To make the pile of photos you use Picasa (a photo organizing system download for free online) then you click on the photos you want to use and click collage. It makes it for you.

*sigh* living vicariously through you! The baby and I were super sick over the weekend - so instead of egg hunts and fun stuff, it was a visit to the dr and back home to bed. DH played games with the other 3!

Anyway - Love Thanksgiving Point! I was there back in October for a conference and had a chance to "play" a bit in the area with a dear pal who lives in Draper!

Glad you had fun - thanks for sharing!

I use a mix of my own processing in Photoshop or I like to use Maggie Holmes Actions and Totally Rad Actions...

Thanks BeachLuver... oh how the beach sounds heavenly right now!
