for my daughters cupcakes @ her pool party I frosted then rolled them in ground nilla wafers to create "sand" then stuck a paper umbrella (like tropical drinks get).....Voila!

Pool party is too cute...how about beach towels as table cloths and sand pails with shovels to serve the food in? Luke, my middle son, is having a pool party for his third birthday in August. We'll have a little pool, slip and slide, sprinkler and loads of sunscreen!
Our goodie bags are a beach pail, shovel, with inflatable beach ball, sunscreen, sunglasses and whistle pops (closest to a popsicle I could find)!
