Band aids make it all better

I wonder what it is about a band aid that can instantly cheer up a sad little girl?
All I know is that it works & I love it.

For best results:
Use Hello Kitty or Nemo brand--they have an even more amazing healing power.
Make sure there are lots of "kiss it betters" before sticking the band aid on.
Have extra ones on hand for when the first one falls off or for a sister who doesn't even have an owie but wants to join in on the fun.
If problem persists try dandelion picking...

Hahaha...I have the same result with my 3 year old! Just give him a Diego band aid and he's happy! =) And yes, the kisses too!

yip band aids work great, I have the ones with super healing powers that releases "get better quick" into their bodies....it's amazing how quickly the tears dry up!

now all we need is to add the "easy" button from staples, and all will be well.

Sponge Bob has magical powers around here! We went throught the entire box in 3 days so I filled the box with "regualr" band aids and just made a huge production with the box!

I totally know what you are talking about with the Hello Kitty ones...the current Scooby Doos just don't have the power...lol. We have also found that Spongebob has the kitty's power too.

Yep, that works for my 3 year old too. Except she loves Disney Princess, toy Story and Dora. And now that she has to get weekly allergy shots, I am sure I am going to be spending a LOT more on bandaids. At least it stops the tears... it's worth it.

So SO true! Funny thing about bandaids.... my two-year-old goes through a box in 5 minutes if she can get her mittens on it. If you want a laugh, look at this picture of her...http://theknaushouse.blogspot.com/2010/03/when-children-entertain-themselves.html
Kids - gotta love them!

Love your story but have a nephew that if there are no tears from the owee, there will be if you come close to him with a band aid. go figure.

We use littlest pet shop or princess and the frog band aids in our house. They are like little miracle in a box. We've been doing lots of dandelion picking too. I have dried up dandelions all over the house. Gotta love it though.

LOVE IT!

We use to live in Germany and my mom would have to send us Barbie and Spiderman bandaids...the base only had those tan ones which do nothing at all.

Now if only we could find something so simple to help our healthcare mess.

Loves!

Bandaids - another sign that summer is near. I just have to share - my 5 year old thinks that the spray whipping cream is actually called "Band-aid". Whenever he gets hurt, he asks for a band-aid, I fill up his mouth and he is good to go! Thank you for all of your fun inspiration!
