I wonder

I wonder if my two girlies truly know what's about to happen in less than 9 weeks!! Baby numero tres. I wonder if they are ready... to share even more, to be patient with a tired mommy. I wonder if they will feel the added love when we bring her home to meet them? I wonder if they'll sense how precious she is? I'm pretty sure I will spend the majority of my day reminding them to be gentle as they gush over her.

I wonder if I'm ready? How can you even prepare for this? Besides the nesting, nesting, nesting. I'm anxious, excited, nervous, happy, grateful, scared... clearly lots of emotions going on here. heeeheeeeeee...!

For those who asked how to make the chandelier:
First, I started with 2 hula hoops and used ribbon to connect them. Balancing this was the trickiest part.
Next, I covered the hula hoops with 2" wide long strips of fabric and hot glue just wrapping it around the hula hoops.
Then, covered the fabric with butterfly diecuts & some tissue paper poms.
I punched out a ton of butterflies & sewed them together with my sewing machine and hung from the center above the top tier. Lastly, I hung some Dear Lizzy metal keys and mini tea cups from some ribbon.

I love the chandelier and the girls enchanted tea party! They are very lucky to have such a great mom! :-) They will love their little sis too! We just brought home baby number three 5 weeks ago and even though my kiddos weren't crazy about her at first (my son wouldn't even come by me in the hospital, which broke my heart) they absolutely adore her now. they're aren't too gentle with her, but they do love her! Good luck! :-)

Oh! You are just fabulously creative. I'm always telling my husband that I wish I were as creative as you, but he always tells me that I AM creative in my own ways. I wish I could have a chandelier like yours in my little scrapbook corner....

I can totally resonate with the first part of this post! I recently learned that I am pregnant with our second and I love that someone else shares in nervousness and gratefulness of being blessed with another child!

Such an exciting time! Congratulation. A moment I want to remember...some many these days with my baby girl now walking. Those first steps are precious but now that she is sure of her self, she recently decided she wants to walk the dog or is it the dog who takes her for a walk:) It is precious to see!michele P.
