serendipity

I've passed this street sign numerous times on my way to Tar-jay or Roberts before I noticed that someone tagged the word 'dip' to say 'serendipity.' When I pointed it out to Collin it was old news. Either I'm not a very attentive driver or sometimes if we aren't looking we miss cool/fun/ironic/beautiful things around us... I know what Collin's answer would be to that question.

Had fun playing with some of Danielle Thompson's fabulous digi stuff-- vintage buttons + tape frames//PS I am going to label this post scrapbooking... is that pushing it? Or does this qualify? ;)

Sure it qualifies as scrapbooking! Its pics and embellies... enough said. Hey, and as long as when you're driving you notice the green, yellow, and red lights... you're golden in my book. Although I DID back my mini van into a brick wall a year ago with all 3 kids strapped in their seats. To my defense, it was a really short brick wall...not sure where it came from !?!?

P.S. No one was hurt...just a bumper and a neighbor's brick wall... oops!

Oh it counts. Think of it as digital scrapbooking. Though I'm a traditional scrapbooker others get away with it why can't you. :)

I really need to be up on my technology; love the tape frame!! Absolutely love it!

Happy Belated Birthday to Collin! Hope you had a great Birthday week :)

I wouldn't have noticed the sign either if I knew I was on my way to Target or Roberts! 2 of the best stores EVER!

Yep it counts!
Such a cute sign and post.
Very cute! I love writing down those little things that seem minor at the time that turn into something big.

Super creative! Nathan and I often say to each other-- who would've thought . . . or, if we'd known then what we know now . . .

Great sign. Great post.

so weird, that serendipity thing. i check your blog all the time, and as soon as i saw this, i laughed... i just got the words "amused serendipity" tattooed on the top of my foot. you're so right, it is funny how we come across wonderful things in life when we aren't even looking for them :)

I think that we are neighbors. Is that sign in A.F.? I also think I saw you out of the corner of my eye at MWMI? Such a cute blog, love it.

Where oh Where is everyone getting the colorful scotch tape looking stuff? My city is sadly lacking in scrapbook supplies. Or scrapbookers...or both...

Oh-sorry, just realized the tape was digital-i haven't gone there yet. :)
