What summer?? haha I'm from AZ and am still getting used to the "summer" here (tell me, does it get above 60 degrees?) :) My favorite thing has to be the green grass and trees and other foliage. And lack of cacti.

i love summer because we live in the hot arizona valley, and i have to be creative to keep us entertained indoors - fun projects and new creativity keeps us happy until we can walk barefoot outside again.... :)
i also love going home in the summer....a true small town, old-fashioned 4th of july and 24th of july celebration --- with free bbq and a free ice cream social - rodeos - parade where the fire engine sprays the crowd at the end......

Wow, amazing giveaways! You know such talented people. I LOVE summer -- fresh fruit (esp berries!), cruising in my husband's Impala, the color of the light and the sky, the way the thunder rolls in over the prairie in the evenings, the sound of the frogs when the storm is done. I love the excitement on my kids' faces as they realize they can stay up later, and that means more time with mama and daddy. Enjoy every momemnt!
