jar of hearts

My mantle is lined up with jars full of hearts. One of them holds hand cut hearts that we write love notes to each other on, then we will read them all on Valentine's Day.
I was the first one and to love someone more than peanut butter? Now that is true love.

Lisa Leonard Designs, one of my blog sponsors, is offering 15% off your entire order for Valentine's Day! Enter loveyou15 at checkout & order by February 8th.
The 'my treasure' necklace is so darling with the jar full of hearts & the 'my heart is full' is very sweet too. Check out the other designs that make such thoughtful gifts. Including the mens items! I may or may not have picked up a gift for Collin there. Shhhh, don't tell.

I love the mantle and I REALLY love the jar of hearts charm on the necklace. To love someone more than peanut butter? Wow. That is true love right there, cause I really, really love peanut butter.

So cute...the mantle and the necklace! We go through at LEAST 2 jars of PB a week in our house, so that is saying a lot right there! ;-) Happy Saturday!

Cute idea! And,...I love the song jar of hearts. Have you heard it? If not, listen. It is not a religious song but I think of me singing it to the adversary....you know...the evil one! It's good, check it out.

The jar of hearts idea is so cute! I may have to start that in my home! Loving someone more than peanut butter is a major thing in my family- my husband and toddler would eat peanut butter every day if I let them!!

love the jar of hearts idea, Liz! I think it would be tough for me to have jars of candy hanging around. It's so pretty/decorative, but I would eat it up!

It's funny, I tell my husband that I love him more than Peanut Butter all the time! And that is pretty serious love right there.

So cute...I actually found your blog when looking for cute images to depict "under the weather" vs. posting pics of my sick kids. I love your blog...super cute. Linking to it from mine today. Happy Tuesday!

Loved your idea so much that we did it too. Before tucking the kids into bed we gathered on our bed and read our love notes to each other. There were many smiles and thank-you's - I think this will be a new annual tradition!
