Two years ago from today I was bored while Collin was watching baseball & started this little blogaroo. So, I figured since I take any excuse for eating cupcakes & giving away fun stuff this is a great day to do it. Happy 2 year blogiversary from 'just us!' Happy 2nd Blog Day! I started my block so my mother could see all the things her grandchildren were doing and what I was creating! What I love about blogs....my blog is to let my friends and family know what is going on in our lives. Not just our happy thoughts BUT our sad thoughts too. Right now our little town is praying for one of our doctors. He found out last week he has Cancer...and only 6 weeks to live. PLEASE say a prayer to help him and his family make it thru this time.

What I love best about blogs is it's a way to keep a journal of my family. It's so easy to "type" some thoughts or daily happenings and upload a few pictures. I'm such a visual person, so having a visual journal is awesome. I also love that my family/friends can see what we're up to with just a click of a button. AMAZING!

What I love about blogs is the ability to keep people in touch and share life even when you are living far away from each other. I just had my 1st year blog party earlier this month. I love having a blog to keep in touch with my family both near & far. The BEST part...my journaling on posts has actually triggered my mom's memory for her to share things with me & I share them with my sisters. My mom had written off memories since she has memory loss due to an accident & MS. So awesome to hear stories of her youth & to have a small part in getting her to recall things. :D Jeannette P
