Boxes, Decor & the Trophy

While I was going to photograph my rad Halloween decor I caught this precious moment, but let's be real, I'm sure something not-so-nice happened prior to the sweet hug. Hence the hug. Q & A are gonna be so cute on Halloween as Jessie & Tinkerbelle. I can't wait!
(Last of the boxes for Spark stuff arriving.)
I loved Rhonna's Halloween decor so much that I made some of my own. I strung some lollipop circles from ribbon & hung it across our mantle. Halloween is such a fun holiday, but to be honest, I've never really decorated for it. This year I gave in.
I used all American Crafts stuff including glitter cardstock, polka dot paper & my favorite-Halloween Stickers. Also added Hocus Pocus glitter thicker shapes to my sparkly, spooky haunted house.

PS I'm sure you caught this on ESPN but I thought I would post it anyway... Collin's team won the 1st place trophy in their softball league. It was worth freezing my buns off to see Collin relive his glory days of '98. Way to go Kartch!

Those pumpkins are incredible! How did you do that? Are some parts thinly carved away or what? Congrats to the Softball team!

that photo is so cute. They are so cute but I'm sure there was a trouble a minute before you walked in!
the decorations are too cute. I have been so busy that this is the first year I did not decorate. we did not even get pumpkins to carve. at least I am making my costume tonight!!

Awww! That is so sweet and even if something not-so-nice happened prior, it's sweet that they are sharing such a tender moment! Love that they are standing on top of the boxes. Those are the p.r.e.c.i.o.u.s moments! Thanks for sharing!!

my dad has played softball my whole life. he has enough white and gray tournament T shirts to clothe a small African village. Although it has taken a lot of his/ our time, I am proud to say that he still plays at the ripe old age of 63...his nickname out on the diamond is "Old Man". i love that he continues to stay active and have a passion for sports all these years. congrats to Collin & the team...

I love the decorations. In Australia, we don't really celebrate it but my kids this year are all talking about it so we are putting up a few. I would love to go all out.
How did you do the pumpkins? Love the skull and spider.

I hear you added The Be Good Tanyas "The Littlest Birds" song! Way to go! And all time favorite of mine. And they are Canadian (like me!) whoot! They are great in person too.
