my new hobby

I laughed when I downloaded this photo from my camera that Collin snapped while Avery and I were taking an afternoon nap.
I've been doing lots & lots of this lately so I am considering it to be my new hobby. But it seems we are waking up from hibernation thanks to the much needed sunshine.
One of my blog readers commented a while ago...
Hey by the way did you ever finish the quilt with the Ginger Blossom fabric? I think that's what it was called. Thanks! jane CA
Yeah, I did and you can see it in this photo. I actually made both of those blankets with the Ginger Blossom fabric line by Sandi Henderson. love it. I've been itching to make another quilt.
Have a restful and fun weekend!

So sweet of Collin to think of capturing this moment with a picture, don't you love an afternoon nap...I wish I could nap when my little guy does, I usually do some scrapbooking since that's the only chance I get is when he's asleep! got all my Dear Lizzy products today, great quality, can't wait to use those letter stickers!

Super cute picture!
Since the sun is taking it's time to show up, taking a nap or curling up with a book (and my 2 cats)is a favourite here too!

Every Mommy needs a good nap once in a while. I love how you two are all curled up together. My favorite days are when my 3 year old snuggles up with me for a nap. With baby 5 only 11 weeks away, I make sure this happens as much as possible. :)

you gotta love how if you are a young child-bearing woman and you post any of the following words: sleep, belly ache, lazy, no energy...that people will, of course, assume that there's a bun in the oven!
people do it all the time to me too :)

but, it would be really exciting if you were prego!

I could just DIE! I think we have the same couch!!! Mine is lighter in color, but the same! So tell me how in the heck do you keep your pillows looking so great?!? Mine are always slouching. Even with the velco backing that is supposed to keep them up they never look that good! What the heck?
