Ready for the world's easiest pumpkin cookie recipe?
Spice Cake Mix (no eggs, oil, water etc) + Can of pumpkin 16 oz + Chocolate chips. That's it.
I bake them small about 3Ts and then cook them at 350 for about 15 minutes. Don't overcook them. I check them like I do cake with a toothpick or small knife in the center.
Thanks to my sister Em for that recipe, although my toosh does not thank her.
They are soooooo yummmmmmy!!

I am laughing!! the bucket. You think I would move it for a picture but it was candid so I left it. It's just full of bread flour for the bread that I am not making...! ;)

I agree with smahrty....these taste even better with white chips.
Just wondering what temp these get cooked on? 350? I'm not much of a baker but these seem simple enough. Gonna give them a try. Thanks!

I have an easy recipe to give back! Pineapple Angel Food Cake.
1 box angel food cake
1 can crushed pineapple (NO other ingredients added).
Combine mix and pineapple in a mixing bowl. Bake in a tube pan (I think 350 for about 30 minutes until top is dry). Cool upside down (in the pan) on a glass bottle so it doesn't sink. Eat! (*It does really rise so only fill pan 2/3 full and bake the rest in a loaf pan).
